I’m budgeting and I hate it. I just don’t get the same satisfaction from window shopping that I get when I come home laden with carrier bags, or even better- when the postie delivers a ‘pizza’ box to my door.
What makes it even more frustrating is that I keep seeing more and more craft stores with Summer Sales.
So instead of being sad that I can’t spend all my wages on the neverending wishlist of scrapping productst, I’m going to tell you where you may be able to find some bargains. You must promise to let me know if you buy anything though!
First on the list is Scrapshed. I saw these guys exhibiting at Ally Pally earlier in the year and was so impressed by their product range and selection that I added their website to my favourites as soon as I got home. They have been working like troopers over the last week or so in preparation for their big sale, where there are even papers from as little as 10p! Check it out. You can also follow Scrapshed on twitter here.
Or why not check out the July Sale over at ‘Capture the Magic‘. Another great uk retailer offering us a great selection of exciting crafty products. They are constantly adding new products to their catalogue listings including the new cuttlebug embossing folders which I soooo want. Albums, punches, storage, stamps and lots more in the July sale. So hurry over there to see what you can find.
Or spend your pennies at the huge Summer Sale at Scrap Revolution. They have products from Tim Holtz, Teresa Collins and even some Nestabilities on sale.
Or of you are on the other side of the world, perhaps you already know about the huge clearance at ‘A Cherry On Top’ target=_blank” where you can get up to 80% off some products. What a great way to multiply your craft stash.
So I hope you enjoy browsing the sales, and don’t spend too much money – at least not without telling me what goodies you splurged on!
Been saving £1 a day since the last Ally Pally (and am on a ban inbetween each one) But when I’m there I love Scrap Shed, CTM (that ball machine is so fun!) and Scrap Revolution. I’m itching to buy some stash – so much loveliness has come out recently and I just know there is going to be some gorgeous halloweeny stuff – my kinda thing 😉 There better be anyway or I’ll just stand there and cry! 😀
