Today's card is a New Home card for my colleague Eamonn, and it features some of my fave stamp companies as well as a new (to me) company that i am very impressed with! 🙂
I was cooing over my recent purchase - the mama elephant All Prettied Up die set - and i realised that the box looked a bit like the roof of a house. So seeing as i wanted to make a New Home card for Eamonn anyway, i thought i would give it a whirl!
Isn't mister Tortoise cute! At Piper's school this week, one of the teachers brought in their pet tortoise to show the class. Princess Pi was very impressed that she knew the difference between a tortoise and a turtle! Bless her! She was doing better than me because i'm pretty sure i referred to this wee guy as a turtle in the video! Whooopsie!
So as usual, i was playing with Distress Inks, and some Lawn Fawn and Mama Elephant goodies, but i added a SSS stamp from the Sending Happy Mail stamp set, and i also used a stamp set from Clearly Besotted, called Sentimental Type. I recently picked up two CB stamp sets (both crammed packed with greetings) and so far i am liking the quality and the variety! I hope I get a chance to try out some more of their range.
