Be Mine Valentine's Card- Distress Ink Masking

For valentines day i would like…THE NEW DISTRESS INK cracked pistachio! I love that we are getting treated to some new colours!

Here’s a little V day card to share with you today using some inkylicious distress ink colours – salty ocean, worn lipstick, spun sugar, evergreen bough, festive berries, picked raspberry…i kinda went all out!

I didn’t have any heart dies so i handout a heart from card and used repositionable glue runner to hold it in place, then used the blending tool to add the colour. i just love the way it turned out. so pretty.

i wanted the colour to be the focal point, so i cut the panel out with a lawn fawn stitched rectangle die, and added some chipboard thickers for the ‘Be Mine’. It needed a little something extra so i hunted through my stamps to fine some pick-and-mix sentiments and used Adirondack espresso dye ink pad – the brown tones coordinated well with the brown thickers.

And to finish, some glitzy sequins.

Good enough to eat! yum!

I don’t think the title of your article matches the content lol. Just kidding, mainly because I had some doubts after reading the article.
