Christmas is over. < le sigh! > It goes by too fast!
But look what I found under a layer of wrapping paper… GASP! YEAYY!
I havent had much of a play yet, just done one cut, but i am eager to try out different things that i have spied across my google reader and pinterest, and i am looking forward to adding more cut shapes onto my scrapbook pages. One thing i am keen to do is to cut out my own handwriting. I am going to love the creative freedom that will now be at my fingertips.
Because the machine is so wide I had to reconfigure the craft room furniture to create a wider desktop, so whilst i was in the mood I have been doing a crafty clear out.
This time I am being ruthless! Over the next few days I will be loading up some pizza boxes and will be selling them at a set fee from the website here. Im not interested in making any money, just want to make sure that i cover the postage really. So watch this space!
I will also be hosting a giveaway to celebrate nearing 300 likes on facebook. I will do another one at 400, so share the word!

I mentioned a little while back that I went to a craft show at a local town. The show was called ‘Make It’ and is held every year at the Farnborough Five Exhibition centre. Last year I went even though I was about 38 weeks pregnant – that certainly wasn’t going to hold me back…on the contrary I would have been SO thrilled to go into labour being surrounded by the craft I love!
Well this year I went without hubby and without bambino, and as a result got to endure a little less kicking and a lot less grief from an impatient husband.
I picked up a bunch of cool stuff and I was excited to share them with you on a video, so I can share the great products and also give a shout out to some of the local UK based crafts businesses that help supply fantastic products to feed our craft addiction. Sorry that the audio isn’t fantastic quality [our mic broke 🙁 ], but it should still be clear, you may just have to turn the volume up a bit.

You may remember this time last year I was significantly rounder (with a big, beautiful, belly full o’ baby), and one of my dear friends, Lindsey, took some gorgeous photos of me and my bump. I was blown away by the finished photos, her work is amazing! I can’t tell you how happy I am that I have these photos to remind me of my pregnancy.

As i am not a typical vendor I am a little different from the other wonderfully crafty people that are taking part, but I decided to give away a homemade pencil case, sewn with denim and funky pink fabric. It could also be used to hold make up brushes and a million other things too i guess.
