Mothers Day Card for Granny

Happy Mothers Day everyone!

I can’t believe its my first Mothers Day! wow, its so crazy! This morning I got treated to homemade oven scones by Craigy (on Piper’s behalf of course). They were delish! NOM! I also got a few crafty mags with freebie stamps to play with. 🙂 yeay!

Today’s card is actually for granny, or Mummy’s mummy – because if mummies are great then grannies must be super great!

Given the limited time on my hands, i only had a very limited craft stash in the house to play with, but im still happy with the finished card. The teddy bear stamp is from a set of clear stamps I bought in Prague on our honeymoon, but unfortunately have no idea what make it is. I thought this little bear holding a flower would be perfect for Granny Coalter.

I hope all you yummy mummies out there have a really wonderful mothers day. Enjoy being spoilt rotten!

Oh, and i must also shout out a BIG happy birthday to little Lewis, my youngest nephew who turns one today. I’ll get a piccy of his card up on the site in the next day or two. Happy birthday my little darling. xx

Mothers Day – Sending Love

Hey everyone,
Today’s card is a Mothers’ Day card, but i guess it could be used for many an occasion. Its one of those simple cards that just make me smile. I need to revert back to simple these days, because Piper is keeping us on our toes -time is a precious commodity!

Hey everyone

Yes…I got a little bit of crafting done this week! Hurray!!

And what better occasion than to celebrate Kyle’s birthday – he’s my eldest nephew, just turned 13 today! geez! I still remember when he was just a little tot, but now he has grown up super tall, over taking most of the rest of the family.

I wanted to also say how so, so proud I am of Kyle. He has always loved playing football, and I found out recently that he was asked to take part in the Northern Ireland trials – how amazing is that!?!  To think of all the kids in N.I that play footie, and our Kyle was handpicked out of them all to join the elite in the trials. What an achievement!? Keep up the hard work Kyle, you make us all so proud.

Oh, and have a very, very happy Birthday!

x

love and hugs
